Every day I think that I will be the one family member that will die at an early age of some sort of heart disease or something. My mother, father, grandmother and brother (my main family right now) are all in relatively good health. No heart problems, no diabetes. Just stuff like blood pressure and high cholesterol, and sleep apnea (coming from my Dad mostly). My mom is in great health for her age. Both parents are in their 60's and my Grandma is turning 99 on Nov. 12th.

Do you think it's possible for me to contract a heart problem even though none of my main family members don't have heart problems? I feel like that's what's gonna happen to me..

You're a young female, which puts you at lower risk than others for heart problems. If none of your immediate family members have heart conditions, that lowers your risk again. Have you spoken to your doctor about this concern regarding your heart? If your doctor isn't worried it's a good indication that your heart is fine.

I normally write long indepth info to help out people, but in this situation I believe a simple No will suffice.

It's extremely unlikely a person without family history of, can develop even at a young age - a heart complaint (anywhere from pains in the chest to heart attack. I've had many tests done myself, I was told I'm all good bar there's an issue with the way my heart pumps blood, but if I lose weight it will rectify itself.) so No without previous history, it's rare.

I worried about my dads sleep apnea, he went to a specialist clinic and they let him sleep, seen that he did, and gave him a CPAP machine, a machine that pushes air into your lungs whilst your sleeping and it's been fine since (even though he stopped it -.-) but yeah
