Hello everyone. My name is Emma-Jane and I'm 21 years old and I have General Anxiety Disorder (GAD). I've had it for quite a few years now and although I hardly have panic attacks, the other physical symptoms that come with anxiety do impact my daily life. I'm living with it though and trying to better my lifestyle each day. I hope to make lots of friends on this website that I can confide in. I've tried talking to the people around me but they don't understand. Everyone on this website will though. You all understand the daily struggles of living with anxiety and we will all get through it together :)
