Hi all,
Hope that you're all having a nice evening. Thought I'd drop in and say hello, bit of a forum lurker, thought I'd make it official, so to speak.
I'm 33, I work in the tech sector (social media/community manager), and I've been anxious for about as long as I can remember. I grew up with an angry dad, an anxious mum and an anxious nan. I didn't get much of the anger, but I got most of the anxiety.
I don't speak to my parents at the moment, which is sad, but the door is open.
I'm hoping to share some stories, advice, and find some mutual support here on the forums.
