My anxiety has been in check with only a couple of blips.
My depression has been been in check.
My schizophrenia has been stable with no delusions and only the odd hallucination that may or may not have even been an hallucination.
But my God has the past month been a living nightmare. My Psychologist who I had been seeing for a year had to stop seeing me in April. My Care Co-ordinator who I had been with for two years had to stop seeing me in August and I'm due to see a new Care Co-ordinator next week. My Psychiatrist took me off my antipsychotics, I'm not taking anti-depressants, the only thing I'm taking is Topiramate and Clonazepam.
I'm hallucinating, I'm cutting myself, the mental health team, crisis team or the psychiatric hospital won't return my calls and my psychiatrist won't see me until the end of December. Why ruin everything when it's going so well?
