hey guys i normally have bp tablet late at night from anywhere between 11 and 3 am i forgot to take it, shall i eat them now? and eat one tonight about 2am
please someone tell me before it gets too late into the morning thanks

okay somi just eaten them...tonights one ill eat about 3/4 am and resume as normal the next day i guess.

it may look really odd, but its in say the same time period of say 7-12 noon so its not too bad i guess? better than skipping the whole day and taking tablets at 1am tonight
