Feeling hysterical

Does anyone have such waves of anxiety and frightening thoughts that you almost feel hysterical...that is the only way I can describe the feeling...horrendous not knowing which way to turn?

I usually put this down to energy needing to go somewhere. I had this in a meeting a few years ago and decided "ok, lets go hysterical" and nothing happened. It is and has been one of the more common worries for me, and I think it is very common. Unfortunately it is that leap of fath you need to do where you say "bring it on" and let it go. From my perspective it NEVER happened, I just thought it would.
