Big step completed, now lets see what happens!

That's me completed my first big step to recovery from anxiety, I have called the doctors surgery for an appointment. I don't know what's going to happen now though. I am really nervous about going incase they just think I am being stupid. Does anyone have any experience they could give me from their first doctors appointment for anxiety? What do you think they will do and say to me? Thanks and wish me luck! Xxxx

They won't think you're being stupid.
I've found the best thing to do is to write down any important thing that you want to say,so that you can refer to it if you need.
I'm sure they see lots of people who have anxiety, its very common.
