Too much fat and sugar is bad for you full stop I can't see how it would be any worse if you were taking a prescription drug.

I take Olanzapine, and I also take another munchie med,Mirtazapine, but have managed to not gain any weight by keeping portions small,unless its fruit and veg.
You just have to keep an eye on it,and be ready to cut back a bit.
Olanzapine has been so helpful for my anxiety.:)
