Dry eyes and mouth

Sorry I have posted about this before.
I have dry eyes and mouth that comes and goes for the last 7 months
I missed an appointment with hospital to check for sicca syndrome
Does anyone get these symptoms with stress
I'm going to ask gp to refer me again..
