Arm Jerks

I've been suffering with muscle twitches and headaches for months but today three times my arm has jerked. All three times I have been either asleep on just nodding off to sleep, could they be hypnic jerks or something to worry about?

I've been twitching even more today and shaking and my head is banging but I think it's because I've been worrying about them.

You answered your own question Steph. The more you become aware of them and the more you worry, the worse they seem. I had these symptoms a few years back and I sympathise hugely. They continued on/off for weeks but as my mind grew calmer so did the headaches, shaking & jerks. There is light at the end of the tunnel hun. Nothing for you to worry about. xxx
