Hi, the last few days my tongue has felt a bit weird like it keeps sticking to the roof of my mouth and i just looked at it and it looks a bit white but red at the back. Is this a symptom of mouth cancer? Anyone had this? Im so scared right now.

Many things can cause the symptoms you're experiencing but cancer is by far the least of them. White on the tongue along with the other symptoms you mentioned could be thrush which is a fungal infection and easily treated. That being said, no one can diagnose and it's best to see your doctor if the symptoms persist.
