Hi everyone.

I'm 20 years old and from Australia. I'm really glad that I found this website. I'm not alone anymore... I've always had anxiety but never took notice of it because it was never really bad until about 2 years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety. It's hard to live normal everyday life with anxiety gah. How do you cope with it
