Mild tapping headache REALLY NEED A RESPONSE

I'm getting a mild tapping headache mainly top of head & sometimes back of head. I'm very stressed out so if someone will respond as soon as possible i will be most appreciative. Thank You!

Violet you have been posting about your headaces for such a long time now.

rest assured that if they were anything serious they wouldn't be mild and the drs would have found something by now which they haven't

Worrying and anxiety will also give you headaches as you know so pretty sure this is the cause for yours and I think deep down you know that.

Violet -- do you ever get distracted from your headaches and forget they are there?

Yes I do get distracted from them. & they're not always there. They had been tapering off, but kind of acted up a bit recently.
