So I've had a headache all day.
I'm trying to take some paracetamol now but I'm scared that I May be allergic.
I have a weird anaphylaxis fear.

Is it possible to become allergic in 2-3 months of not taking something?
Just want this stupid headache to go

Not unless you take massive amounts, most reactions happen either straight the way or after over indulgence of something as far as I know paracetamol are one of the most safe painkillers out there.
Take two with lots of water as lack of fluids can cause headaches and so can anxiety
