Anyone had a panic attack for a normal issue in the past?

Hi guys. Did anyone had a panic attack for something that happened in the past (childhood) which is sooo normal. I had that and I was catastrophising and exaggerate the whole thing. I thought I can not leave with that.
Any similar stories?
