So this last week my anxiety has been on the rise and it's not a good feeling. My head is so full and I think I'm getting a cold:( and since I woke up I had a strong urge to start crying and it's making me so dizzy :( please help me get through this day :weep:

If you're coming down with a cold take something like paracetamol to bring your temp down.

No point thinking about stuff while you're ill either. Have a break from thinking about stuff until your colds passed. Everything just looks worse when you're tired and ill.

Listen to music, do something you enjoy.
