Does propanolol get rid of anxiety dizziness?/ lightheadedness? I've got 10mg of it just wondered any body's advice on it would be great thanks

It's great for the shakes and butterflies. It works on the physical symptoms so it might do the trick. 10mg is a low dose (I take 40) so I'd give it a go if your GP has prescribed it.

Thank you pipkin I'll try anything to get rid of this dizziness lightheaded feeling that's the only symptom I really get.
