im looking for some advice on getting back to normal, i am due to go back to work on thursday after having a very bad weekend with my anxiety and panic attacks, i have been very on edge and not feeling myself for a few days and i cant seem to settle, has anyone got any tips for managing this and any help for me to get back to normal with confidence, thank you x :)

Yes, keep busy, don't give your Mind a chance to wander off into Anxiety/Panic mode. Keep telling yourself that you will be ok and the Brain is chance trying to mess you up, and ignore any symptom by trying to fool it. For example; if the throat goes dry; I must be thirsty. Pains in the stomach; I must be hungry. Headache; I need to drink more fluids and not sit in the sun too long. Twitching muscle; I am nervous which is normal and my nerves are just reminding me of that. Feeling dizzy; I am not breathing properly because I am so anxious so need to do some breathing exercises. And so on. Believe me, it works. :)
