Face and jaw pain

Hey all

Currently going through a spell of really bad jaw n face pain
It's a pressure pain which makes my ears n head hurt to,

Any advice on how to cope with this pain

Stop clenching your teeth!!

Clenching is possible, as is the nerves in your face and/or neck such as in neuralgia.

Do you know you gring your teeth? If not, do you get most of the pain or worse pain when you wake up i.e. you grind in your sleep?

If its grinding, there are exercises you can do to help the jaw muscle. When I was grinding in my sleep, my dentist game me some. Aside from that I took pain killers and eventually it went on its own but I had it a good 6 months although some days were worse than others.
