Confused when trying to sleep

Last night when trying to fall asleep, when I layed down I suddenly got very hot and started to feel confused when I shut my eyes to go to sleep, I could sleep in short bursts but wake up hot and bothered, I just felt so confused.

Hi Byron!

I feel like this most of the time when going to sleep and upon waking. My sleep pattern (or lack of it!) seems very like yours. I have accepted it as part of everyday life now and since I did that it hasn't got any worse or back to how horrible it used to be when I was ill. And, hopefully, it will go completely one day.
