Hi everyone, new to site

Hi everyone,

An new to this site and only found it recently - have suffered from anxiety for over 10 years - started with full blown panic attacks, but these days just seem permenantly anxious.

Have the added phobia of losing control in public so always on the lookout for a toilet whereever I go and thats started to take over my life now - have given myself IBS too and nothing I have tried seems to make this stupid phobia go away, unless at home!

Anyway wont ramble on now, but have read so many of the messages on here and empathise with you all - what a great support network. Thinking of you all at this difficult time of year!!
