So many things

I keep diagnosing myself with different illness:
Neck spasms - diagnosed dystonia
Dry eyes and mouth - diagnosed sicca syndrome
Diahorrea - diagnosed divicultlitis

I need to get a grip and get proper diagnosis from a doctor, but fear takes over.

Could this all be stressed or somatic disorder !

It could all be Health anxiety as well.

I get all of those and all that is wrong with me are allergies and anxiety.
