I have tried and researched so many alternatives for anxiety!! as we all know prescription meds arent that apealing unless you really have to.

Go to the start of the forum and look in the medication part. then i posted a message saying ''herbs''
There is alot of good info in there about herbs, supplements and proven remedies!!
