I can read things or hear things on TV and instantly feel the symptoms

I feel like the right side if my neck is thick. Tight. Anyone who feels it tells me nothing appears swollen. Yet I feel like it's tight or thick on the inside. I've been getting headaches.

Could this be a real symptom or anxiety? I can't even tell what's real anymore. My brain just goes to cancer.

The tightness is on the side by that big jugular vein I think it's called.

You have said it yourself - you feel symptoms after you've heard something on tv or read about it. You are not suddenly noticing symptoms that were already there, you are imagining you have them...classic health anxiety.

I won't tell you what my neck feels like because it's not important. Your neck is fine . You have health anxiety that is making you doubt it, but it IS fine.
Maybe talk to your doctor about your anxiety issues.

I've done it again. I've convinced myself something serious is wrong.

My neck pain is still here. Could this be a narrowed carotid artery?

I'm terrified. I'm scared to fall asleep or move. :(
