Hi all i usually come on here to talk about twitches .... butlast night i was woken by a really painful chest right in the middle it was like ache ache ache ....then it would stop....then again there it was i didnt panic as id been asleep i was just laying there thinking what is this ......i had some magnesia and went back to bed ....i have been woken by these chest pains before about 10 months ago. I goggled it of course and wish i hadnt im 39 slightly over weight ...have palputations on occasion...im just worrying about that pain i experienced last night...im hoping its heart burn but could it be some warning ....anyone else experienced it ....its ruined my day today ive been feeling so anxious about what happened. I did eat late last night but i do every night so im not sure ....
