So here is my story.....I'm a 39 yr old male... I get palpitations and they really bother me. I did a holter monitor and the found a few episodes so I had an echocardiogram and a stress test done....on the echo they said the only thing they seen was a dialated aortic root they said to just keep my blood pressure under control and just go on like normal. Well I'm trying, but when my heart flutters or I get a pause it scares the crap out of me and I get anxious..... I have klonopin to calm my nerves, but I was just looking for advice or help on what to do...thank you
