its sort of a physical system and i can only describe it as a heavy heart, as if i am more aware of my chest feeling heavy and a sort of crushing feeling. Don't get me wrong its not like a sharp pain, its more of a dull ache which comes along side my general anxiety and kinda creeps up on me! Its doesn;t go into a full blown panic attack just makes me feel really sad and scared, its not sudden its kinda gradual but stays there along time. :huh: for me it symbolises my anxiety is on its way and here to stay :unsure:
