Dental Phobic going to dentist tomorrow freaking

Im off to the dentist tomorrow I have to have a total of 4 fillings over 2 appointments. 2 Left 2 Right however since I went 4 months ago things have got worse they are due to do the left side tomorrow but I now have an abscess on one of the right and one of the left ones may have to come out. I am terrified Ive been to GP and he has given me 10 lorezapam tablets to take. 4 before bed tonight 2 in the morning and 4 an hour before appointment my dad is going with me so I will probably be out of it for most of tomorrow. It is ironic 2 days before I am due to go I get an abscess and toothache someones way of making sure I go !!

Honestly, I wouldn't worry. I had a tooth out a couple of weeks ago and I was reading about how painful it was but I didn't even feel a thing! Try not to worry and just think that when it's done, it's improved your health. Btw, i've taken Lorazepam before and it's great but only use it for short term anxiety :)
