Hi! I'm 28 year old female in the County Durham area. I'd been doing quite well with my HA but it's reared it ugly head again :( I've always been too embarrassed to tell family and don't really have close friends so would be nice to have someone who understands I may not be chirpy everyday but I'm not blowing them off either!
