Im Seamus 32 years old from Northern Ireland I have been to hell and back with GAD, Panic Attacks, Depression - I joined this fourm to help anyone who is going through this as I am almost fully recovered and have now trained in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy - and hopefully CBT soon.
