Hey I've suffered from panic attacks and anxiety for seven years now one of my biggest fears is throwing up and catching them awful stomach bugs . can anyone help with any advice of any kind

Hello.

I am the same and have been like this for over 10 years. I am scared I will become unwell whilst out and about. It has affected my life in a big way.

I daren't work because of it and would rather find a home working job.

Going to cinemas and theatres I avoid going to.

It's called Emetophobia.
