Headaches back

I've had headaches for around 5 months now, my doctor says it's my nerves and down to my anxiety. I went on holiday and the headaches all but went, I had a few aches and pains for a split second but they went. Now I'm back off holiday, my boyfriend is back to work and so am I and the headaches are back. Do you think that shows it's down to my anxiety or is it something more serious?

Probably anxiety. I get headaches all the time due to a combination of bad posture and tight neck muscles. You'd be surprised as to all the myriad of symptoms that anxiety can cause. Your doctor even pointed out the cause of your headaches, and I'm sure he/she would notice/tell you if something was wrong, :)
