tiny white spot on tounge

I have a tiny tiny little white spot on centre of tounge, few days ago it was sore but seem to be painless now, mum says it is going down but I am not so sure, trying to stay calm though. Only been there for about 4 days. Signs of oral/mouth cancer?

probably a tiny bit of oral thrush, just keep up your teeth brushing etc

Infected taste bud! I get them all the time. I have no teeth and I've called up my dr all scared. Gargle with salt water and it will help it go away quicker :)

Have also had them! I tend to get them when I've been (weird as this sounds) licking the insides of my teeth? It's sort of a nervous habit I've had for a while.
