chest and upper back aches and pains are my biggest issue and have been for the last 2 yrs and in that time i ve had 3 ekgs, blood tests and numerous trips to the hospital and my gp every time i am told i am ok and its my anxiety and poor posture but as u know with health anxiety u always fear the worst. my therapist thinks joining the gym would help to learn i can be active and i am ok, i do skipping most days and i can usually go ten mins straight with out getting to out of breath i just sweat so that seems to be pretty good. any input will be greatly received

The fact that you don't have any problems during cardio is a really good sign :)

If it helps any I get upper back and chest pain quite often, especially when I'm particularly anxious or have just come out of a bad spell. I believe it's just our bodies a bit upset with us for being so tense!!
