I havent done anything constructive with my day today and its made me feel like crap lol and started on the self loathing again :( anyone esle get like that sometimes?

I agree with piglet, its easy to believe the bad as well, because it justifys our anxiety so stand strong and be positive honey

Hi Matt,

Do you think you did something constructive every day before you became aware that you had a problem ? It's not compulsory to do something worthwhile every day, but maybe your head tells you to do something, thinking that it will stave off any negative thoughts / feelings. It's hard I know, but try to control what YOU want to do. If it's nothing, then fine, try not to feel bad about it.
