I've had anxiety for about two years now, it got better when I was in Citalopram, I came off it as started feeling better, about six months after, here I am back to the beginning, having panic attacks nearly everywhere I go :( just wondering if anyone knew any natural remedies to help? I've heard exercise and eating well helps so going to try and start eating healthily and jogging , does anybody have any other tips? Thank you in advance xxxx

For me the 2 main things that have helped the most is exercise (loudish music to help channel thoughts) and also meditating. Also i make sure i have a full sized breakfast in the morning :)
