Today after a meal, I got a burning pain in my left chest, which lasted about 10 seconds. No exertion, I was just walking around outside. It wasn't severe, but it wasn't mild either, in that it hurt but didn't make me put my hand to my chest or anything.

I just can't accept this is anxiety. I wasn't anxious at the time, and it was distinctly a burning pain on the left. My chest burns when I press on my sternum, but not on the left side, which is where the pain was.

I've had a resting ECG and bloods, but I'm not convinced that's enough. I am young, but I'm really worrying.

One person on my mother's side has heart issues, but they're still alive in their 40s and I'm nothing like my mum anyway; on my dad's side everyone lives 60+, and my great granddad lived to be 98 despite smoking and drinking all his life. SO WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?! :weep:

It doesn't have to be anxiety.

It is more like acid reflux/indigestion type thing
