Can you get slightly muffled hearing from anxiety?
I have tinnitus and preexisting ear problems (doctors have no idea what they are though, I have an MRI booked), however all of my audio tests have come back clear - I don't have any hearing loss. However over the past few days I've noticed that my right ear is slightly muffled, when I listen to music or watch TV it's not as 'sharp' or 'clear' in my right ear. Is this something that could be another symptom of anxiety? Has anyone else experienced hearing issues with anxiety that have resolved?
