Support needed

Hi all

Really struggling at the moment feel back to square one with anxiety and depression. Had a complete change of meds so I know I will feel worse before I improve but had forgotten how the full blown stuff feels.

Only really had a few major episodes with minor blips but this is so hard. I know I have come through it all before and will again but just need a little support from peeps who understand.

Was on cit for quite a few years and saw new doc few weeks ago when I felt it was getting worse who gave me sertraline instead and prpranolol.

I'm on fluoxetine and feel better than i did.
