Hi folks
I'm new to this so...hello! I am looking for ways to help a relative. They have experienced panic attacks for a while. What happens is that they can pinpoint small things about their partners appearances (although to to others there is nothing wrong) and constantly think about it to an extent where they split up with them. They truly feel disgusted with themselves but can't help it. Is this a phobia? Has anyone else experienced this?
