Tightness sensation in lower half of face

Hey guys, just about two hours ago I started getting this weird sensation of tightness in the front of my neck. I also feel it under my chin and throat area and a bit in the lower half of my face...

I'm nervous and can't stop thinking that IT may be a heart attack :(

Could this just be anxiety?

I've had something very similar almost permanently for about six weeks now. Funnily enough a shiatsu massage remedies it! :)
