Yesterday, I went out for dinner with my other half. We got to the car park and he parked up, I suddenly felt a bit funny, and went dizzy. I then had a huge rush of coldness inside my body from my throat down to the bottom of my stomach. It was only on the inside though, it felt as if someone has just sprayed freeze spray all inside me?! It was Definately something to do with panic, as I got my breathing under control and my other half distracted me, I was just left with a funny head feeling
