thigh pain - blood clot?

Last night out of nowhere about half ten my right thigh started hurting at the top and to the side. When I moved and also when I touch it.

I can't stop thinking I have a blood clot and it's sent me into a total panic.

I have a desk job and am taking the mini-pill (both increase your risk)

I don't remember hurting my leg or straining it previously.

And now I'm suffering panic and pins and needles in my arms and I just can't stop thinking about it :(

If you had DVT your leg would be red hot, it would be really swollen.

you have pins and needles in your arms because you are panicing about things and you need to make sure you are breathing correctly.

often you get aches and pains that you have no idea what you have done, that is perfectly normal too. I accidentally walk into things and get a bruise but never remember what i have done

Thank you so so much for replying and putting me at ease a little. It's so comforting to hear from others when your mind is in such a panic, and all you can think is negative things.
