Just a quick message to introduce myself.I'm not a stranger to anxiety/depression websites...just haven't frequented any for a while.But xmas tends to bring 'it' to the fore...as other people here can no doubt testify.I have been on cipramil anti-dep since 2001 and found it VERY effective.However,I don't like to tempt fate by saying 'I'm better' so I won't lol.Anyway,I'm looking forward to posting here :)
