Brain worries

Anyway, I've had a headache most of the day. When I was out getting dinner I suddenly got blurry vision and I have a bad headache now, with pain in the back of my head and my scalp from my forehead to the back of my head tingling. Being anxious as I am, I am worried about brain issues. Help?

Your symptoms sound very much like migraine. Has the headache got any better now. Your GP can prescribe medication for migraine.

Migraine perhaps. Neck tension caused by anxiety pinching a cranial nerve is also likely. I had this, an osteopath permanently eradicated it in seconds.
