Sensitive stomach

OK I've posted before but I have some questions if anyone knows anything. My stomach has calmed down since im eating a bit more because I started realizing that some of the gastric problem was due to not having enough in me to absorb certain acidic things. My question NOW is can straining muscles trigger gastric issues? It seems with me it can. Any responses would be much appreciated.

I can't answer about muscle strain, but since your stomach is your core, I think it's affected by loads of things - and presumably you'd be exercising to get muscle strain, and exercise can certainly affect it.
