Weird sensation in ear/sensitivity.

I can't explain this feeling I've got in my ear.

It's like heightened sensitivity and nervous feeling, in my ear?! It's so strange. Never experienced anything like it before or heard. It's really horrible I feel the need to cover my ear up and stop too many sounds.

It's like the noise makes my anxiety worse? Can anxiety cause sensitivity to sound? Just feel like I'm going mad x

Anxiety makes you hypersensitive to noise.... I used to be really sensitive to noise, even down to the TV.

It is a bizarre but 'normal' symptom of anxiety

Yeah must be that my anxiety has been awful this week with constant racing thoughts and feeling of going mad so think this is just another side effect of my constant worrying. Feel awful never has my anxiety this bad x

well now try not to worry about the hearing sensitivity, because it is just an anxiety symptom. :)
