visited site many times in past finally joined .i am 66 and have been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks since my twenties. can control most of time with breathing etc but then seem to lose it big time .doctor all sympathy but never gives meds or referals one course on breathing and distraction which helps but otherwise do it alone .good to know others know what its like
