Darker red gums at very bottom of mouth

I was brushing my teeth and notice the very bottom of the gums are a darker red then just below the teeth, is this first sign of mouth cancer?

They also feel a bit sore after brushing, I have also been using an antiseptic mouthwash over the the past couple weeks maybe this has stained? Also been under the weather with stress etc.

But am so worried this is something bad!

It's normal.
I went through the exact same thing, turns out I just had never paid so much attention to my mouth before.

Try a new mouthwash and compare results.

Inflamed gums maybe? Brush more regularly and use mouthwash.
