I'm so fed up sick of getting anxiety and panic attacks I get them everyday I'm on tablets its getting me down I'm only young and got Lottie boy need to get rid of this

I know how you feel, is there anyway you can get therapy? Anxiety really sucks especially as there is no quick way to get rid of it, but it can get better, as long as you keep positive.

Totally on the same page w/you. Sick of it also. Wondering if I will ever be happy. Wondering how long my husband will put up with me. There has to be a way out... a healthy way out.
